Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller – Digital Leads
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join The Mentors Circle team as an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves engaging with new leads generated through digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Website forms), understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward booking a consultation or enrolling in our study abroad programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to new leads received from digital platforms.
- Explain our services and study abroad opportunities (Ireland, UK, etc.).
- Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and readiness.
- Schedule appointments or Zoom consultations with senior counselors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
