Job Description

Security Monitoring Centre in Nottingham has an opportunity for a dedicated Telecare Agent (Call Centre Advisor)  to join our small, yet busy Telecare team based in Nottingham (NG2) to provide telephone support and alarm monitoring response to our vulnerable/elderly service users. This is a full time, permanent position working a 4 on / 4 off days only shift pattern (7.00am – 7.00pm)
