Join Staff4Me as a Telecom Admin, where you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our telecommunications systems. As a Telecom Admin, you will oversee the daily operations and administration of telecom services, ensuring seamless communication inside and outside the organization. Your skills will be essential in coordinating with various teams to ensure the efficiency and security of our telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Daily Duties will consist of taking phone

calls from customers. During these calls the

agent will gather key information from

customer and create a new ticket or

update current ticket.

▪ Agent will also be monitoring email and

ticket board for any new/updated

information and notifying the correct

parties as needed.

▪ Agent will also be performing Tier 1 task

such as but not limited to: Voicemail
