Telecom and Networking

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom and Networking Professional with expertise in VoIP and Cisco telephony systems. You will be responsible for supporting the full range of Cisco IP Telephony solutions, including CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Jabber. This role requires a strong understanding of networking protocols, hands-on experience with Cisco CUBEs and Gateways, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform proactive security fixes, and manage server backups and upgrades.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide support for the complete range of Cisco IP Telephony solutions , including implementation based on client requirements.
Work with VoIP, SIP, and telephony systems like CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) .
Apply a strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, and QoS (Quality of Service) .
