The program covers fault, performance, SLA monitoring, and ITSM integrations within a regulated, security-sensitive environment and is intended for experienced OSS professionals with strong operational discipline.
About the role
We are hiring OSS Service Assurance professionals for a national telecom environment. You will support systems responsible for fault monitoring, performance insights, SLA reporting, and ITSM workflows, working closely with NOC/Operations and OSS architecture teams.
What you'll do
Operate and support Service Assurance platforms (fault/performance/SLA workflows)
Handle L2/L3 troubleshooting, incident response, and RCA
Improve alarm/event processing coverage and operational automation
Support integrations between Assurance Inventory Fulfilment ITSM
