About the Role
We are looking for a skilled L2 Support Engineer to join our Telecom OSS Service Assurance team in Finland. The role focuses on supporting mission-critical telecom systems, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and operational stability across OSS platforms. This position requires hands-on experience with BMC Remedy, Java-based applications, and telecom service assurance environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for Telecom OSS Service Assurance platforms
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system incidents within SLA
Work with BMC Remedy for incident, problem, and change management
Analyze logs, alarms, and performance metrics to identify root causes
Support Java-based OSS applications, including deployments and configuration issues
Collaborate with L3 teams, developers, and network operations teams for complex issues
Perform incident escalation, RCA documentation, and post-incident reviews
