Telecom - Senior/Principal Engineer

• Perform detailed design and estimation of telecom-related tasks.
• Participate in studies and conduct discipline checks on design basis.
• Prepare job packages and follow up on deliveries and as-built documentation.
• Manage supplier follow-up and package responsibilities.
• Participate in pre-testing (FAT) at supplier locations.
• Conduct inspections both onshore and offshore.
• Contribute to the training and development of new engineers.

Required expertise

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecom, Instrumentation, or Automation Hardware; extensive relevant experience may compensate.
• Minimum 5 years' experience for a Senior role, or 10 years for a Principal role, with at least 5 years in offshore-related projects.
• Strong background in engineering design and modifications on operational offshore installations.
