About this Role

We are seeking a Telecom Test Analyst to lead and manage end-to-end testing for telecom applications across BSS/OSS systems. This role involves validating services and platforms for mobile, fixed line, broadband, and TV products, ensuring quality delivery aligned with business goals. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert, driving test strategy, defect management, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

What you will do

  • Manage Customes Issues
  • Manage test cycles and defect tracking.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA leads to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Drive automation initiatives using tools like Selenium and Jenkins.
  • Provide estimations, conduct impact analysis, and ensure timely defect resolution.
  • Represent the team in forums such as status calls, defect triages, and walkthroughs.
  • What skills you need

  • 6–8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in telecom.
  • Must be strong in customer management
  • Should have good customer negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in API testing, SQL, and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (desired).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and defect triaging skills.
  • ISTQB Practitioner accreditation or equivalent certification (desired).
