- Provide first-level support for telecom services, addressing customer inquiries and issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot telecom network problems to ensure quick resolution.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of telecommunications equipment.
- Maintain records and documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in telecom support or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of transmission line design and telecom networks.
