Description

  • Provide first-level support for telecom services, addressing customer inquiries and issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot telecom network problems to ensure quick resolution.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of telecommunications equipment.
  • Maintain records and documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in telecom support or a related field.
