Telecommunications Engineer for Radio System

Overview

An opportunity for a Radio Systems Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Radio Systems Department.

Responsibilities

• Radio system integration in Eurodrone platform.
• Involvement in other Airbus DS Military Aircraft platforms (C295, MRTT, A400M, EF2000, SIRTAP).
• Allocating aircraft requirements to a Communications System.
• Defining the architecture and specifications of the Communications system.
• Elaborating engineering design documentation.
• Being responsible of Communications system design, integration, qualification and certification.
• Supporting feasibility studies for new products/user needs, etc.
• Supplier technical management.
• Supporting the whole design process including design review meetings.
• Supporting to meetings with end customer.
