Responsibilities Directs the planning, programming, and management of projects for C4 systems and services and facilities. Serves as assistant to the 47th Communications Squadron Commander, Directly supervises two civilians. Manages the C4 requirements programs. Oversee the implementation of projects in accordance with current guidance.
