Overview

Telecom Provisioning Coordinator. Position Summary. Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office within the Operations division, the Telecom Provisioning Specialist will oversee the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for voice and data services. This role is accountable for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely installations, and seamless billing by coordinating effectively across internal teams, clients, and third-party carriers. The ideal candidate will maintain rigorous documentation and communication protocols to uphold service excellence and operational integrity.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Order Management
  • Execute the Provisioning Process to ensure accurate and efficient handling of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) orders, installations, turn-ups, and billing for voice and data services.
  • Place and manage orders for circuit/analog line turn-ups and disconnects, including billing date administration.
