Job Description

The Telemarketing Executive will contact potential and existing customers over the phone to explain products/services, generate leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
  • Generate leads and pass them to the sales team.
  • Maintain customer database and call records.
  • Answer customer queries and provide information.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with good communication skills.
  • Experience in telemarketing/telecalling preferred.
  • Ability to convince and handle customer queries.
