Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and monitor a team of Filipino telesales agents
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to adjust strategies based on data insights
  • Generate regular reports and give presentations to Chinese-speaking management
  • Optimize call scripts and agent performance based on data
  • Develop incentive programs to boost agent motivation and performance
