Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Arvada, CO

This contract assignment offers an engaging night shift role from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, supporting a skilled team in a modern hospital setting equipped with the GE Telemetry system and Meditech EMR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for telemetry patients, including post-op CABG cases.
• Perform procedures such as IV and Foley catheter starts, as well as chest tube removal.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, CNAs, and sitters to maintain optimal patient ratios (4-5:1).
• Utilize strong clinical judgment to take initiative and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure with telemetry nursing experience is required.
• Skilled in patient assessment and telemetry monitoring.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• Knowledge of care for post-operative cardiac patients is a plus.
• Demonstrates a strong team ethic and an outgoing, proactive attitude.
