Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Baltimore, MD

An opportunity is available for a registered nurse with specialized skills in telemetry nursing to work night shifts in a combined medical-surgical and telemetry unit. This contract role suits nurses who are experienced in higher acuity care or those with progressive care unit (PCU) expertise ready to step into a telemetry role. Ideal candidates will be comfortable caring for adults and geriatric patients facing complex medical conditions.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• RN license valid in Maryland
• Minimum 2 years experience in telemetry (MS/Tele) or acute progressive care unit (PCU/CPU)
• Strong skills managing higher acuity patients with diagnoses such as CHF, COPD exacerbations, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, sepsis, renal failure/AKI
• Required certifications: BLS, CPI, NIH; ACLS preferred
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced, 22-bed unit
