Role Purpose

The TAM combines relationship management, service excellence, and performance‑driven activity to ensure introducers receive outstanding support and the business continues to grow sustainably.

The Telephone Account Manager (TAM) plays a vital role in supporting Key Partnerships’ growth by driving performance across all core KP metrics, including enquiries, booked appointments, and attended appointments. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to introducers and customers while supporting the wider business in achieving its goals for helping more customers with Later Life Lending solutions.
