Opportunity for Telephone Operator for our hospital in Mahim on Yearly Fixed Term Renewable Contract on hospital payroll.

Job Designation: Telephone Operator (Shall have rotational shifts including night shifts)

Experience : 01 year in EPBAX

Qualification: Graduation

Job Description: 

Attending telephone calls, Addressing general queries & providing necessary information making outgoing calls.

Reports to Customer Service In-charge.

Attending telephone calls, those that come from outside the hospital as well as from within.

Addressing general queries like that of the location of the hospital, location of Various departments in the hospital, where are individual consultant clinics conducted etc.

Understanding the nature of the query made by the caller and providing necessary information and/ or diverting the call to the concerned section.
