Job Description
Role: Telephony Engineer / Telephony Integration Engineer
Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ years
Budget: Up to 30 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only (profiles beyond 30 days will not be considered)
Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
Strong hands-on experience with Vonage telephony systems
(Vonage Communications APIs / Vonage Business / Vonage Contact Center)
Please do not share profiles without direct Vonage implementation experience .
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise-grade communication solutions using Vonage APIs
Integration of Voice and Messaging (SMS/MMS) services into existing platforms
Backend development and API integration using Java / Python / C#
Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous processing
Solid understanding of VoIP technologies – SIP, RTP, PBX, call routing
Experience handling L2/L3 telephony production support
