As a Telephony Engineer, you will be a part of Telephony Engineering team designing and implementing various solution.
Your key responsibilities
Design and implement AudioCodes devices, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Genesys call routingAdministration and support of Telephony products (AudioCodes, Genesys, 911, ETC)Work effectively with the stakeholders to gather and document Legacy discovery informationDevelop a comprehensive and detailed SoWValidate Bill Of MaterialsResponsible for detailed documentation of the solution in the form of LLD/HLDResolution ownership of technical challenges occurring during/after the implementationIdentify various service improvement opportunitiesConduct routine hardware and software audits for all the supported systems to ensure compliance with the established standards, policies, procedures, and requirementsAssist in developing support and monitoring processesEngage with the vendors/service providers and ensure the standards are met Skills and attributes for success
Knowledge of AudioCodes gateways and SBCsKnowledge of Microsoft Direct RoutingExpertise in Session Initiation Protocol, PSTN Connectivity, VoIP, and Contact Center SolutionExperience in troubleshooting and supporting AudioCodes SBC, Microsoft Teams, PolycomProficient in configuring and managing AudioCodes environment independentlyMinimum 8 years of experience in Contact Centre solutions, preferably Genesys Cloud. Google Dialog flow CX, BitBucket/GitHub/AzureDevOpsExperience with Genesys Cloud based contact centre applications, Genesys certification will be an advantage.Technical experience in a large diverse voice environment To qualify for the role, you must have
10 years of hands-on experience in design and implementation of VoIP solutions that includes but not limited to AudioCodes SBC, Microsoft Teams, PolycomStrong knowledge in troubleshooting with tools like Wireshark, Syslog ViewerKnowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP, RTCP, SDP, audio codecs and video codecsExperience in number porting support with various telecom service providersBitBucket/GitHub/AzureDevOpsGoogle Dialog flowAzure functionsJava/JavaScript/python experience to create backend for your botStrong analytical skills.Understanding of IP telephony technologies (SIP, WebRTC) Ideally, you’ll also have
