Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Telesales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-size customer accounts across the UK and Middle East, within the Corporate, Academic and Government sectors.

This role sits above a standard telesales position and focuses on higher-value, more complex accounts. It requires strong commercial ownership, the ability to manage renewals and expansion, and the confidence to independently deliver product demonstrations for accounts without dedicated Customer Success Manager support.

Key Responsibilities
+ Manage a portfolio of small to mid-size customer accounts across the UK and Middle East, with lower volume but higher average contract value.
+ Own the end-to-end renewal process, including pricing discussions, contract scope alignment and negotiation within agreed frameworks.
+ Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outbound engagement and account insight.
