Telesales Agent

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via chat and outbound calls to convert leads into sales.
• Proactively understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Work collaboratively with the team to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Education: College level or higher.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in chat sales and/or outbound telesales. Experience in local insurance sales is a plus.
• Sales & Customer Focus: Strong ability to persuade, engage, and close sales.
• Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as needed.
