Responsibilities
- Process and track customer and contractor aggregate orders.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and plant personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate product availability.
- Prepare and verify delivery tickets, invoices, and related documentation.
- Provide prompt customer support for inquiries and order updates.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Update sales reports and maintain daily operational records.
- Collaborate with operations staff to resolve loading, quality, or transportation issues.
- Communicate product details, pricing, and service updates to clients.
- Assist field teams with site visits and project requirements.
