Responsibilities

  • Process and track customer and contractor aggregate orders.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and plant personnel.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate product availability.
  • Prepare and verify delivery tickets, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Provide prompt customer support for inquiries and order updates.
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Update sales reports and maintain daily operational records.
  • Collaborate with operations staff to resolve loading, quality, or transportation issues.
  • Communicate product details, pricing, and service updates to clients.
  • Assist field teams with site visits and project requirements.
