Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring “Telesales” in New Cairo for a Canadian-based organization that offers a variety of cruise experiences, including Caribbean, Alaska, Mediterranean, and Mexico cruises.
Job Scope:
- The Telesales is responsible for selling cruises vacations, assisting clients with booking processes, and providing expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements. This role requires strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of cruise lines and ships, and excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for clients.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in travel sales or customer service (Fresh Grads are most welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is a must (B2, C1)
- Knowledge of cruise destinations, itineraries, and cruise lines is a plus.

- Basic Salary: 22,000 EGP + Commission
