Operational Responsibilities

Responsible for intensive lead generation and supporting the channel partner

Ensuring the completion of the training calendar and accountable for the training needs at the local as well as the branch level

Achieving Lead Adequacy Ratio (LAR) & Lead Conversion Ratio (LCR)

Achieving the budgeted GWP, wallet share, unit penetration, value penetration targets, line of business wise targets and channel wise targets

Responsible for daily updating of the engagement tracker and sales tracker

Ensuring daily branch visits and other partner engagement

Zero tolerance on mis-selling as well as customer escalation has to be addressed on priority

Compliance & Adherence

Adhering to statutory and regulatory norms (specifically to distance marketing applicable to tele channels)

Key Requirements- Education & Certificate:

Post Graduate from a reputed institute will be preferred

Key Requirements- Experience & Skills:

Excellent sales skill, convincing skills, lead generation and t

Proven experience of 1+ years is required

Preference will be given to the candidate with Bancassurance industry background

Personal 2-wheeler with the driving licenses will be preferred
