Job Description: 


As a TeleSales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our customer base. You will learn valuable sales and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. 


Key Responsibilities: 


● Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services. 


● Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective clients. 


● Understand customer needs, address their questions, and provide product information effectively. 


● Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling, market research, and other lead-generation methods. 


● Work closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities. 


● Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in our CRM system. 


● Assist in creating sales materials and presentations. 


● Learn and implement effective sales techniques and strategies. 


● Receive training and coaching from experienced sales professionals. 


● Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns. 


Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities: 


● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 


● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. 


● A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales. 


● Excellent organizational and time management skills. 


● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

● Anunderstanding of our products/services and the ability to articulate their value to potential clients. Qualifications: 


● Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated. 


● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 


● Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude. 


● Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. 


● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training will be provided). 


● Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. 


● Positive and goal-oriented mindset. 


 


Additional Information: 


● Salary: Rs.6,000.00 to Rs.20,000.00 (As per experience
