Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executives to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scriptsAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesDirect prospects to the field sales team when neededEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the company’s reputationGo the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements
Proven experience of 1-2 years as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleExcellent English communication skills with Aggressive sales skillsConfident and ability to build relationship with customers easilyWork from home job which will start early morning and finish by early afternoon to suit with Australian time zoneAny sales background could be beneficial but not critical. Its all about attitude and skillsAbility to upsell servicesExperience with Microsoft office tools Apply here
