We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to guide and support students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students to achieve their academic and professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling
β Provide guidance to students and parents regarding available academic programs and career opportunities.
β Assess students' academic performance, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable pathways.
β Address inquiries about course requirements, learning outcomes, and future prospects.
2. Program Guidance
β Clearly explain the structure, curriculum details, and benefits of various academic programs.
β Stay updated with industry trends, educational policies, and new program developments.
3. Follow-Up and Conversion
β Engage with prospective students and parents through regular follow ups via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
β Assist with the submission of required documents and ensure timely completion of enrolment processes.
4. Target Achievement
β Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
β Develop and implement strategies to enhance enrolment numbers and meet organizational goals.
5. Collaboration
β Coordinate with faculty, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure smooth counselling and enrolment processes.
β Participate in events such as webinars, seminars, and workshops to promote academic programs.
6. Record Maintenance
β Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, counselling sessions, and enrolments.
β Provide periodic reports on counselling outcomes and conversion rates to management.
Educational Background
Bachelorβs degree in any field is required. A background in education, sales, or a related area is a plus. Experience Prior experience in academic counselling, telesales, or education-related roles is preferred but not mandatory. Key Skills β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills. β’ Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents. β’ Goal-oriented with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
