What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to engage potential customers/donors with a positive and friendly approach.
- Pitch products/services, handle objections, and close sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contact rate KPIs.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Log feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all requests and data are submitted correctly for processing.
- Collaborate with your team and participate in coaching/training.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and team performance.
