Member Success Manager – Women’s Fitness Coaching (Remote)

About Us:

FitwithPari is India’s leading online women-only fitness coaching platform. We help hundreds of women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s build strength, mobility, energy, and confidence through guided Zoom workouts.

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a full-time Member Success Manager to take ownership of our customer journey — from onboarding to progress tracking. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our 1000+ active members feel supported, stay consistent, and achieve visible results.

What You’ll Be Doing

The \"Golden Hour\" Connection: You’ll be our primary \"First Responder.\" When a lead comes in or a new member signs up during business hours, you’ll reach out immediately via WhatsApp or phone to welcome them and ignite their excitement.

The Week 1 Navigator: You will guide members through their \"Trial Week\" or \"Week 1\" via WhatsApp and Zoom, checking in daily to ensure they’ve logged in, found their workouts, and feel confident in their plan.

Progress Monitoring: You’ll keep a pulse on student progress through our Custom CRM. If someone falls off track, you’re there to reach out, troubleshoot obstacles, and get them back in the game.

Retention Strategy: You will help execute world-class retention processes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our members stay engaged, motivated, and committed for the long term.

Excellence in Execution: You’ll manage your pipeline with precision, ensuring no student ever \"slips through the cracks.\"

The Details

Location: 100% Remote.

Schedule: Business coverage from 6AM to 11:00 PM.

Note: While this covers our primary business hours, the role is focused on high responsiveness. You are expected to be available to trigger outreach immediately as sign-ups and leads arrive throughout this window.
