Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls to existing and potential attendees, promoting conferences, events, training programs, and other offerings.
  • Research and qualify potential leads using various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, online research, and CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs, requirements, and future plans.
  • Effectively invite and encourage delegates to register for events via phone calls and follow-up emails.
  • Respond to inquiries from leads and provide timely, accurate information about event details, registration, and benefits.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed attendees and maximizing revenue from delegate sales.
