- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions
- Assist customers with loans, insurance, and over draft.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and achieve sales
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate
- Good communication skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in B2C sales will be an added advantage
