Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce the products and services to them.

- Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's needs and respond to customer inquiries regarding the products.

- Work with team members to meet sales and performance goals.

- Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly Telesales goals.

- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes.

- Accurately document the customers' personal information, including company name, industry, contact person, phone number, address, and other information.

- Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how SAP Business One can add value to their organization.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients.
