Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing clients via calls to promote pharmaceutical products and services
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (pharma/healthcare industry preferred)
• Excellent communication, convincing and persuasive skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
• Target-driven with a positive attitude and self-motivation
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
