Job Description

Location: Gurugram | Type: Full-time, On-site

What you’ll do:

  • Call inbound & outbound leads (no random “good morning sir” energy pls)
  • Understand client requirements and qualify leads
  • Schedule site visits and follow-ups for the sales team
  • Update lead status and notes on CRM (LeadSquared)
  • Be polite, sharp, and convincing—without sounding pushy

What we’re looking for:

  • Clear communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
  • Comfortable talking to new people all day
  • Basic CRM/Excel knowledge (or willingness to learn fast)
  • Prior real estate or telesales experience is a plus, not mandatory
