Job Description
Location: Gurugram | Type: Full-time, On-site
What you’ll do:
- Call inbound & outbound leads (no random “good morning sir” energy pls)
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule site visits and follow-ups for the sales team
- Update lead status and notes on CRM (LeadSquared)
- Be polite, sharp, and convincing—without sounding pushy
What we’re looking for:
- Clear communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable talking to new people all day
- Basic CRM/Excel knowledge (or willingness to learn fast)
- Prior real estate or telesales experience is a plus, not mandatory
