SUMMARY

To join our team, focusing on telesales and growing our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the medical/pharma industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting outbound calls for customer retention and new business development;
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan
  • Manage on a day to basis, customer engagement, interaction, and growth (training, pipeline management, lead tracking, and marketing)
  • Actively hunting new business opportunities by willingly cold calling prospect customers in the defined region
  • Following-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding sales opportunities
  • Recommending/up-selling products to meet customer needs
  • Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism
