We are seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers to understand their relocation needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. Daily tasks include answering customer inquiries, promoting services, converting leads into customers, and maintaining records of customer interactions. This role requires effective communication, sales acumen, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers and team members.
• Sales experience, including persuading and converting leads, along with upselling when necessary.
• Ability to understand and adapt to customer needs, and willingness to undergo training as required.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills is an advantage.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
