Job Description

Sales Calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote various banking products and services.

Meeting Sales Targets: Making a certain number of calls per day, converting a certain percentage of leads into sales, and achieving specific revenue or performance targets.

Documentation and Reporting: Generate reports on their sales performance to track progress against targets and provide feedback to management.

Continuous Learning: From time to time need to stay updated on changes in the industry, product offerings, and regulatory requirements through ongoing training and professional development.

Job Requirement

Minimum SPM and above or any related

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome

A minimum of 1-2 year experience in a similar role

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred
