Inside the Earth Observation Ground Segment Design Area in Rome we are looking for an End2End Ground Segment System Engineer.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Requirements Analysis
  • Exploitation of multi-hybrid cloud paradigm
  • Analysis and Design of general-purpose interface to multiple source of data with particular care of data access and data delivery

    • Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics/Physics
  • At least 3 years of experience

    • Technical skills and IT tools:

  • Experience in System Design and analysis
  • Requirement management and trade off
  • System data budget and time performance
  • System design methodologies including the use of UML/SysML based tools for supporting/documenting the design, at least at the architectural level;
  • Sufficient knowledge of Cloud-based infrastructure and applications, microservices architectures
  • Good knowledge of Networking, Network Protocols and related issues
  • Good English knowledge
  • Knowledge of service management practices
