Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chorasi for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone to promote products or services. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and meeting performance metrics such as call volume and conversions. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring strong communication with clients is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in customer service practices and handling inquiries effectively.
- Prior experience in telecommunication or sales roles is an advantage.
