TCS Hiring for TEM (Telephone Expense Management)
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all TEM activities for enterprise telecom services including mobile, fixed line, Internet, and unified communications.
- Review and validate monthly operator invoices to ensure billing accuracy, detect anomalies, and recover overcharges.
- Manage telecom inventory including SIM cards, devices, cost centers, and user assignments across the organization.
- Coordinate with telecom service providers to resolve disputes, billing errors, and service issues.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly cost dashboards, variance analysis, and consumption trends for leadership.
- Support procurement teams by providing usage insights, price benchmarking, and contract evaluation data.
