Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including sorting, verifying, and sending letters and academic transcripts to graduands.
  • Prepare graduation certificates, diploma-plus transcripts, and modular/post-diploma certificates.

  • Assist with certificate issuing and logistics during graduation ceremonies; check issued and spoilt certificates against registers.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and database entries.

  • Support organisational and community events (e.g., Semestral Examinations, Graduation Ceremony) including setup, reinstatement, and clerical tasks.

  • Assist in stock-taking of records and assets.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience; experience in an educational setting is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
