Job Description

• Deliver exceptional support experiences to customers through all relevant communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Identify customer needs by researching existing issues and providing strategic solutions that best address their concerns while clarifying any confusion.

• Achieve first contact resolution and ensure effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to facilitate timely case closure in line with service standards.

• Offer constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and improve the overall customer experience.

• Provide high-quality service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, adhering to established procedures.
