Temporary Chef assignment in Hereford.

A Temporary position is available at a boutique city centre hotel which has a number of unique dining options to offer. The hotel has a newly refurbished restaurant which will offer a new concept menu, a relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and afternoon teas. As a result this Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst supporting the Senior Chefs This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing hotel company.

Requirements:

It is important that you have experience working in busy fresh food kitchens serving multiple dining operations for a minimum of 2 years and excellent all round cooking skills capable of jumping on any section. A chef who has the drive and ability to be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.
