  • Assist in recruitment activities including raising job postings, scheduling, sourcing of resumes and phone screenings

  • Assist in various employee engagement initiatives

  • Assist conducting regular review on process and related templates, materials/documents

  • Assist in the review and development of various HR policies and HR workflows

  • Assist in HR data reporting

  • Assist in operational HR inquiries

  • Support and participate in HR initiative projects, not limited to: Onboarding programmes for new hires
    Setting up of HR Shared Services
    Maintaining electronic p-file system
    Building the employer branding
