Job Responsibilities
- Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly.
- Managing a spectrum of HR functions and services, focusing on the following:
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires and facilitate a smooth integration.
- Training: Support in training administration matters
- Performance Management: Facilitate the performance appraisal process including promotion cycles.
- Reporting and Manpower budgeting: Prepare manpower reports for submission to internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing the manpower budget cycles by collating manpower requests from HODs.
- Offboarding: Manage offboarding activities and analyse trends on attrition to support Head, HR in formulating retention strategies.
- Support the Head of HR in the preparation of materials for HOD meetings and submissions to both internal and external stakeholders.
