Job Description
The Admin Assistant/Office Management role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director of Finance, People, and Corporate Services and the College as a whole. The position ensures smooth office operations, supports board and committee activities, manages communications and stakeholder relations, and contributes to project management and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Support – Office Management:
Maintain office operations, equipment, supplies, and premises
Assist with office projects and document updates
Support to Director of Finance, People, and Corporate Services:
Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
Track and reconcile financial records and expense reports
Assist with committees, meetings, and confidential documentation
