Temporary Administrative Assistant

 A local college is seeking a highly motivated and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide support to the President's office for a period of 8-10 weeks. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong proficiency in event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of college events, including conferences, workshops, and special events.

  • Manage event logistics, such as venue booking, catering, and equipment rentals.

  • Develop and maintain event budgets.

  • Assist with the registration and check-in of event attendees.

  • Provide on-site support at events as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.
