Then we have the perfect opportunity for you Temporarily support our SUCCESS team by managing hail events, handling phone reports of claims, and independently managing quick settlement processes in the field of motor insurance. You will assist on-site at our temporary hail centers (Drive-in) for damage inspection and support the team with claims processing tasks. Contribute to making daily operations smoother, faster, and smarter in line with our goals. Skills you'll bring:- Commercial training or experience in the commercial sector, preferably in insurance- Customer-oriented approach- Flexibility regarding work hours and location (Drive-in)- Excellent written and spoken Italian; good knowledge of French and/or German is a significant advantage- Stress management in difficult situations- Proficiency in MS Office and affinity for new technologies and solutions- Availability full-time from May 1 to October 31Your benefits:Your of...
