Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration? Our client are seeking an Administrator to join their fun and friendly team.


Responsibilities:



  • Handle all aspects of invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Maintain and update filing systems, keeping track of important documents

  • Assist in ordering stock and supplies

  • Provide finance administrative support

  • Perform general office administration duties, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence


  • Requirements:



  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are a must

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
